und mehr als das, der ganze background der leute, abgefuckte kids aus dem letzten kuestenslum (das war venice damals), die groben stories ueber den localism an ihrem extrem fiesen surfspot (einem typen, der grad rauspaddelte, den vergaser ausgebaut und vor der nase ins wasser geschmissen), wie das zephyr team schliesslich auseinanderbrach und damit auch der zephyr shop zugrunde ging und nicht zuletzt jay adams, bilderreihe von zarten blonden jungen bis zum halstaetowierten knastinsassen, derbe sache.
war eben nicht alles eine "20 year long summer vacation".
so is das mitter jugend.
